Yes, A1 RIDES is an authorized booking service provider with pointtopoint transport services in NSW. Our BSP number is 412534.
No, if you made the payment via credit card, the refund will only be processed back to the same credit card.
After landing, please turn on your phone immediately if permitted. The driver or our office will contact you by phone or SMS and direct you to either the PUBLIC PICKUP or RIDESHARE PICKUP (for Terminal 1 only).

At Sydney International Airport (T1), there is a designated meeting point with a seating area between Arrival A and Arrival B. You can wait there until the driver arrives.
The driver will wait for up to 1 hour after your flight lands.
We charge $50 per hour for any additional waiting time.
If you are unable to contact the driver or our office after the designated waiting time, you should arrange for another airport transfer service. We will provide you with a full refund.
Unforeseen incidents can happen (e.g., road accidents, flat tires, traffic jams, or personal emergencies). If the driver does not arrive, and you've already paid, we will issue a full refund. If you booked on a cash basis, you will need to arrange another mode of transportation.
